1. Warunki ogólne

1.1 Akceptacja warunków

Dokonując rezerwacji, odwiedzając naszą nieruchomość lub korzystając z naszych usług, potwierdzasz, że przeczytałeś, zrozumiałeś i zgadzasz się na przestrzeganie tych Warunków i naszej Polityki prywatności.

1.2 Wymagania wiekowe

Musisz mieć co najmniej 18 lat, aby:

• Dokonać rezerwacji lub zameldować się w pokoju hotelowym
• Wejść do stref gier kasyna
• Uczestniczyć w jakichkolwiek grach hazardowych
• Spożywać napoje alkoholowe

Może być wymagany ważny dokument tożsamości wydany przez władze w celu weryfikacji wieku.

2. Rezerwacje hotelowe i zakwaterowanie

2.1 Rezerwacje

• Wszystkie rezerwacje podlegają dostępności
• Wymagana jest ważna karta kredytowa, aby zagwarantować rezerwację
• Ceny pokoi mogą ulec zmianie bez powiadomienia
• Specjalne ceny i promocje mogą mieć określone warunki i ograniczenia

2.2 Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie

• Godzina zameldowania: 15:00
• Godzina wymeldowania: 12:00
• Wczesne zameldowanie i późne wymeldowanie podlegają dostępności i mogą wiązać się z dodatkowymi opłatami
• Wymagany ważny dokument ze zdjęciem i karta kredytowa przy zameldowaniu

2.3 Polityka anulowania

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival
• Late cancellations will be charged for one night's accommodation
• No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount
• Special event dates may have different cancellation policies
• Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified

2.4 Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Respect other guests and property
• Comply with all hotel policies and regulations
• Not engage in illegal activities
• Not cause excessive noise or disturbance

7.2 Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

• Damage to property caused by guest or their visitors
• Securing valuables (safe deposit boxes available)
• Adhering to all posted signs and warnings
• Supervising children at all times

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
